This Engagement Lab will empower you and provide the tools to rise above potential pressures and hostilities and handle situations with grace and efficiency\, as sometimes we are multi-tasking and customer service skills can quickly diminish\, which causes issues all-around.

We will review the 4-Step Basics of Customer Service and the 3-Parts of Handling Demanding Customers\, as well as compare notes as I engage the audience in their techniques.
