It will explore the legal definitions of ethical requirements and discuss how these principles interact with the well-being of employees and organizations. By drawing connections between ethical practices and employee engagement\, it aims to uncover the impact such principles have on productivity\, job satisfaction\, and employee retention. This course is designed to equip participants with the recent narrative about ethics in the workplace and how it intertwines with wellbeing\, employee engagement and loss avoidance.

This course references The Report of the National Task Force of Lawyer Well-Being and the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct. The discussion will center around the ABA rules of Competency\, Communications\, and Safekeeping of Property\, and identifies how these are relevant ethical guidelines for title insurance professionals as well. Recommendations of the Task Force will be discussed\, as well as how these recommendations may benefit the title insurance industry.
