Room Block Information

Please read this important information about ALTA’s room block policy. All attendees are required to be registered for ALTA ONE before being given access to the group’s room block. This policy allows as many attendees as possible the option to stay at the host convention hotel at the group rate. A link to the ALTA room block will be included in your registration confirmation email. 

*** Hotel Discounts Scam Alert: ALTA would like to inform its members about fraudulent phone calls coming from marketing firms indicating they are offering discounts to hotel rooms for ALTA ONE. ALTA will never call with offers for hotel room discounts. All official information about the hotel block for ALTA ONE can be found on the  ALTA ONE website or in your registration confirmation email.

ALTA Room Rate at the New York Hilton Midtown

ALTA has secured a group rate of $349.00 per night for a Urban King/Double Room; $379.00 for a City King/Double Room; or $399.00 for a Skyline King/Double room .  All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking.  All rooms are subject to current taxes   ALTA’s room block ends Wednesday, September 3rd; after this date ALTA can not guarantee that a room will be available at the group rate. ALTA is also not able to guarantee that a room will be available at the time of your booking prior to the room block ending.

** If you are not registered to attend ALTA ONE but book a room within the block ALTA reserves the right to move your room from the ALTA rate to the current prevailing rate at the hotel.
