The American Land Title Association (ALTA) is committed to fostering an open and candid environment for attendees at the ALTA Advocacy Summit. To ensure that participants can engage in meaningful discussions without external influence or concern, media access to the ALTA Advocacy Summit is restricted. This policy outlines the parameters regarding media participation.

Media Access

Closed Event: The ALTA Advocacy Summit is a closed event, and media representatives will not be granted access to any sessions, networking events, or other Summit activities.

No Media Registration: ALTA will not offer media registration or accreditation for the ALTA Advocacy Summit. Any media inquiries related to the event should be directed to Megan Hernandez, ALTA’s senior director of marketing and public relations, at [email protected].

Recording and Reporting

No On-Site Coverage: Media representatives, including journalists, bloggers, and content creators, are not permitted to attend, record, or report on any sessions, discussions, or events taking place at the ALTA Advocacy Summit.

Interviews and Statements: Official statements and interviews regarding the ALTA Advocacy Summit will be coordinated through Megan Hernandez, ALTA’s senior director of marketing and public relations, at [email protected]. Any requests for information or commentary must be submitted in advance.

ALTA’s Rights

Enforcement of Policy: ALTA reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any individual or entity attempting to gain entry as media or conduct unauthorized reporting from the event.

Policy Modifications: ALTA may update this policy at its discretion and will communicate any changes as necessary.

Acceptance of Terms

By attempting to attend or report on the ALTA Advocacy Summit, individuals acknowledge and agree to abide by this media policy. Unauthorized attendance or coverage may result in removal from the event and further action as deemed appropriate by ALTA.
