ALTA Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to April 3, 2019 and are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the ALTA Advocacy Summit. Refunds will not be granted after April 3, 2019, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations by emailing meetings@alta.org.
