ALTA Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing and sent to on or by April 13, 2022. All refund requests are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after 4:59 pm April 13, 2022, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations or substitutions by emailIn the case of a cancellation by ALTA or due to regulatory requirements of the host hotel city, ALTA will only refund the cost of an attendee’s meeting registration fee. The Association is not responsible for any travel or hotel cancellation charges that an attendee may incur.

ALTA will follow and adhere to all state and local requirements related to COVID-19 for this event. Please see the event’s COVID-19 page for specific information and requirements in the District of Columbia. However, ALTA would like to encourage attendees to take all necessary precautions to protect themselves. If an attendee has been exposed or is feeling sick, please do not attend in-person. Attendees will have the option to attend virtually or a refund will be issued upon proof of a positive COVID-19 test dated between Monday, May 9, 2022 – Sunday, May 15, 2022. ALTA will only accept test results from a PCR, RT-PCR, NAAT or a rapid test that has been administer by a medical professional at testing site or a pharmacy. ALTA will not accept at-home or over-the-counter COVID-19 test results. If an attendee has recently had COVID-19, please adhere to the CDC quarantine and isolation guidelines.
