Conrad Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated an, upon check-in, shall be applied to the final night of the reserved stay. The deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at time of reservation. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or downgrades. 

Airport Information

Three major airports service the metropolitan Washington, DC area: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). Reagan National Airport is the closest airport to downtown Washington and is the most convenient.

Transportation Information

On average a taxi from DCA is approximately $22.00 one way. Washington D.C. also offers UBER and Lyft  as alternatives to taxis.

The DC Metrorail system “The Metro” has six color-coded rail lines: Red, Orange, Blue, Silver, Yellow, and Green. The layout of the system makes it possible to travel between any two stations with no more than a single transfer. The DC Metro opens at 5:00 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on Saturday and 8:00 AM on Sunday. The metro stop running at 11:30 PM on Sunday – Thursday and at 1:00 AM on Friday and Saturday.
