Attendees are encouraged to utilize the Essent Title sponsored Uber codes to assist them with getting to Capitol Hill. All luggage will need to be dropped off with the ALTA staff stationed at Bullfeathers before proceeding to the breakfast in the Cannon Caucus Room.

To take advantage of storing your luggage at Bullfeathers, please drop your pre-tagged bags with the ALTA Staff stationed at Bullfeathers between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Luggage must be dropped off before proceeding to the breakfast in the Cannon Caucus Room. ALTA will not be responsible for transporting attendees’ luggage from the hotel to Capitol Hill.

ALTA will distribute luggage tags during the Delegation Prep Meeting on Tuesday and have additional tags available in the lobby of the InterContinental Hotel on Wednesday morning.

To expediate drop-off service, attendees must fill out a luggage tag for each of their bags and include an anticipated pick-up time. Each bag will be required to have a tag on it along with the number of pieces the attendee has in total. For example, 1 of 1, 2 of 2, 2 of 3, etc.

Leave-behind packets will be available for pick-up at this breakfast, and any leftover packets will be moved to Bullfeathers. If your state is not planning to attend this breakfast, please coordinate with an ALTA staff member to pick up your state delegation packets on Tuesday afternoon.
