Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing by 4:59 pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 and are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Voicemail messages will not be accepted.  Refunds will not be granted after 4:59 pm January 27, 2023, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations by emailing meetings@alta.org. In the case of force majeure, ALTA will only refund the cost of your registration fee. The Association is not responsible for any travel or hotel cancellation charges that an attendee may incur.
