In the title insurance space where nearly 70% of the workforce is female, there is much we can do to close the leadership gender gap. This powerful session will bring together four inspiring female leaders from across the title insurance industry to share their perspectives, examine the impact that female leaders can have on their organizations and discuss ways to empower more women to occupy leadership positions.  Moderated by Near North Title Group’s Chief Administrative Officer, Colleen Quirk, we will explore the unique paths of Fidelity National Title’s Executive Vice President Erika Meinhardt, Stewart Title’s Group President Tara Smith, and Mother Lode Holding Company’s COO Lisa Steele. The panel will engage in an open and frank conversation to tap into individual experiences, stories of success, failure and resilience.  Open to everyone, the session will offer insights on the unique qualities that female leaders bring to the table and explore initiatives aimed at getting women into top leadership roles.
