CE/CLE credit: If you need CE/CLE credit, have the QR code on the back of your badge scanned by an ALTA Staffer in the session room. Remember to scan in AND out. The scanners capture timestamps. To expedite reporting of your credit, make sure ALTA has your latest license information on file by updating your record. Check out the list of states to see if your state has been approved.

NY CE: One session per timeslot is approved for NY CE. Please make sure you are attending the correct session to earn NY CE. The following list of 8 sessions have been approved for NY CE:

  • Thursday; 4:00-5:00pm: The CFPB’s Devolving RESPA Enforcement Leads to Evolving (Novel) States’ Interpretation of RESPA and Resulting Enforcement
  • Friday; 9:00-10:00am: Mezzanine Foreclosures – What Are They and Why Do We Care?
  • Friday; 10:30am -12:00pm: FinCEN Confusion? Ask Us Anything

NY CLE: Only certain sessions are approved for NY CLE. Please make sure you are attending the correct session to earn NY CLE. The NYSLTA is an accredited provider of continuing legal education in New York State. We offer CLE classes with special attention to title insurance issues. As required by the CLE Board, we offer scholarships to attorneys who cannot afford the CLE tuition.  Please contact [email protected] for more details.
