Jeremy Poetker is a Senior Underwriter in Stewart Title’s National Commercial Services division. With over 20 years of title experience, he has underwritten transactions in all 50 states covering virtually every type of commercial property: from wind and solar arrays to hydroelectric dams, from Las Vegas casinos to international resorts, from timber lands to shipyards, from high-rise office towers to shopping malls and racetracks. Transaction types have ranged from conventional sales and refinances to construction loans, mezz loan workouts, debt restructurings, foreclosures, and bankruptcies. His favorite parts of the job are taking on challenging deals with creative problem-solving, and teaching and mentoring new underwriters. Prior to joining Stewart, Jeremy held senior underwriting positions at Fidelity and First American.
