Jim Blair IV is the owner of Fig, a title and escrow agency in Central Washington. A graduate of the University of Washington, Jim’s journey into the title and escrow business began under the mentorship of his grandfather, Jim Blair II.

As an entrepreneur, he is also pushing the boundaries of what AI can do—particularly with intelligent agents—to reinvent traditional title and escrow processes while staying deeply human-centered.
