Kimberly Hartnett is Manager of Stewart Title’s National Agent’s Division. In her current role, Kimberly oversees the staff behind Stewart’s National Agent Support Team and manages Stewart’s National Agency relationships. She is responsible for the daily support of Stewart’s existing national agents and is tasked with the growth of those relationships as well as the expansion of new agent partnerships. Kimberly started in the title industry over 13 years ago, handling national curative work for one of the industry’s largest title agencies. She quickly rose to supervisory and leadership roles within operations before moving into a national sales role. In her title agency sales role, Kimberly focused on building relationships with small, mid-tier, and retail lenders, and was responsible for selling title and settlement, as well as appraisal and flood services. In 2016, Kimberly started with Stewart Title as a Sr. Agency Services Representative in their Western PA office, before taking over Stewart’s National Agent’s Division in January of 2020. In 2021 and 2022, she was a recipient of Stewart Title’s President’s Club Award. In 2023, Kimberly was awarded a President’s Circle Award. Kimberly is active in local, state, and national trade associations, including ALTA, PLTA, and MBA. When not at work, or traveling, Kimberly volunteers as a Girl Scout Leader, is active in the Women’s Club of Mt Lebanon, and loves nothing more than being a mom to her daughter, Mikayla, and their two Siberian Huskies, Sky and Auggie.
