Michael Rothman is Senior Manager of The Fund’s Legal Education Department. He is responsible for supervising the preparation and delivery of all Legal Education Department content, including its CLE-accredited webinars and live training classes, for 4,000 Florida-based Fund Member attorneys and legal professionals. Mr. Rothman pays particular attention to issues concerning Fund Members, including the future of digital closings and the threats presented by cybercrimes. Prior to joining The Fund in 2018, Mr. Rothman practiced law for 30 years in south Florida, and was a founding partner of Rothman & Tobin, P.A. The firm’s practice was largely devoted to commercial and real property litigation and real estate transactions. Mr. Rothman is a graduate of SUNY-Albany and the University of Miami School of Law.
