Since joining Vantage Point Title in 2021, and taking the helm as CEO in 2024, Hill has prioritized technology to drive the company forward. Under her leadership, Vantage Point has scaled significantly, now supporting a team across nine offices with a 70% remote workforce, all while maintaining a focus on responsive, human-centered service.
