Tara’s responsibilities include advising the Company’s executive and operational leadership teams on legal matters impacting our title and escrow business and managing teams of attorneys handling contracts, government relations, employment and other specialized areas. She also works closely with the Chief Underwriting Counsel and Chief Claims Counsel. Tara began her legal career in private practice in 2003 in Jacksonville, Florida, and joined the Fidelity family in 2007, serving in a variety of capacities including Major Claims Counsel, and then Regulatory/Compliance Counsel. She graduated with a B.A. from University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
