Before joining the Federal Reserve in 2018, he built a distinguished 26-year career in the financial services private sector with Wells Fargo and U.S. Bancorp, leading teams responsible for strategic planning, analytics, partnership development, fraud investigations, and industry relations. During his private sector tenure, Tim specialized in helping Fortune 100 companies redesign their processes to enhance efficiency in treasury services, purchasing, and payables departments. His extensive experience spans both public and private sectors of financial services, making him a valuable bridge between traditional banking operations and emerging payment technologies.
