ALTA Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to February 19, 2019 and are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the ALTA SPRINGBOARD. Refunds will not be granted after February 19, 2019, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations by emailing meetings@alta.org. In the case of force majeure, ALTA will only refund the cost of your registration fee. The Association is not responsible for any travel or hotel cancellation charges that an attendee may incur.
