ALTA Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing prior to Monday, February 14, 2022 and are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after 4:59 pm Monday, February 14, 2022, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations or substitutions by email. In the case of a cancellation by ALTA or due to regulatory requirements of the host hotel city, ALTA will only refund the cost of an attendee’s meeting registration fee. The Association is not responsible for any travel or hotel cancellation charges that an attendee may incur.

ALTA will follow and adhere to all state and local requirements related to COVID-19 for this event. However, ALTA would like to encourage attendees to take any necessary precautions to protect themselves. If an attendee has been exposed or is feeling sick, please do not attend in-person. Attendees will  receive a refund upon proof of a positive COVID-19 test dated between Monday, March 7, 2022 – Sunday, March 13, 2022. ALTA will only accept test results from a PCR, RT-PCR, NAAT or a rapid test that has been administer by a medical professional at testing site or a pharmacy. ALTA will not accept at-home or over-the-counter COVID-19 test results. If an attendee has recently had COVID-19, please adhere to the CDC quarantine and isolation guidelines.

Additionally, we strongly recommend attendees be vaccinated or have a negative COVID test prior to arriving in Tampa, FL. Attendees are not required to wear masks. However, you are encouraged to wear a mask if you prefer to do so or are not vaccinated
