ALTA Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing prior to Monday, March 8, 2021 and are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the ALTA SPRINGBOARD 2021. Refunds will not be granted after March 8, 2021, nor will they be issued for no-shows or for registrations purchased at the ALTA Member’s Flash Sale Rate. In the event a registrant cannot attend, substitutions are permitted for all registration types including any registration’s purchased at the ALTA’s Member Flash Sale Rate. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations by emailing  meetings@alta.org 

For virtual registrants only: In the event of a platform failure during the event, a refund will only be issued should 51% of more of the schedule sessions not occur within the 3 days of their original scheduled time and date.
