ALTA Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing prior to Monday, February 27, 2023 and are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event. Any voice message requests left on ALTA’s voicemail system will not be accepted. Refunds will not be granted after 4:59 pm Monday, February 27, 2023, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. Please notify ALTA of all cancellations or substitutions by email. In the case of a cancellation by ALTA or due to regulatory requirements of the host hotel city, ALTA will only refund the cost of an attendee’s meeting registration fee. The Association is not responsible for any travel or hotel cancellation charges that an attendee may incur.

**The Cyber Monday Sale registration is non-refundable but substitutions are allowed.

ALTA will follow and adhere to all state and local requirements related to COVID-19 for this event. However, ALTA would like to encourage attendees to take any necessary precautions to protect themselves. If an attendee has been exposed or is feeling sick, please do not attend in-person. Attendees will  receive a refund upon proof of a positive COVID-19 test dated between Wednesday, March 15, 2023 – Sunday, March 19, 2023. ALTA will only accept test results from a PCR, RT-PCR, NAAT or a rapid test that has been administer by a medical professional at testing site or a pharmacy. ALTA will not accept at-home or over-the-counter COVID-19 test results. If an attendee has recently had COVID-19, please adhere to the CDC quarantine and isolation guidelines.
