ALTA Room Rate at the Hyatt: ALTA is please to offer a group room rate of $174.00 per night plus tax. Based upon the hotel’s availability, this rate will be available 3 days pre and post conference dates.
ALTA Room Block End Date: ALTA’s room block will end on February 27, 2023. After this date, ALTA can not guarantee the group’s discounted rate. In the event that the group block sells out prior to the block’s end date; ALTA will work with the hotel to add additional rooms to the group block or negotiate the best available rate.
Hyatt Cancellation Policy: An attendee must cancel their reservation within 72 hours prior to the date of their scheduled arrival in order to avoid a penalty.
The closest airport is the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) which is about 14.3 miles or about 20 minutes from the Hyatt Regency. This international airport averages 250 daily departures to 70 non-stop destinations across the country. This airport also serves as a hub for Southwest Airlines.
Alternatively, the city of St. Louis is centrally located in America’s heartland and easily accessible by train or car! If you’d rather travel to St. Louis on the ground, Amtrak is the ideal solution with the Gateway Transportation Center located on South 15th Street or if you would prefer to drive; this destination is located within 8 hours of half of the United State’s population.
MetroLink light rail system is a quick and inexpensive way to get around the city. With two red line stops available starting at the airport; attendees can get in and out of downtown St. Louis. The closest light rail stop to the Hyatt Regency is located on 8th and Pine.
