This year all Delegation Hill Meetings will be conducted in-person on Capitol Hill in the Senate and House office buildings. So, regardless of whether you have attend Advocacy Summit previously or this is your first time – don’t worry! ALTA staff will prepare you with everything you need to know before you Hill Meetings. You’ll learn what to expect and receive talking points to utilize in your meetings to ensure a successful visit with your legislators.
When registering for ALTA Advocacy Summit please let ALTA know whether or not you plan to participate in your delegations meetings and whether you plan to attend the meetings associated with your home or office (or both) Congressional District. To ensure that ALTA requests a meeting with your Member of Congress, confirm your address(es) is up to date in your ALTA profile including zip code.
The state schedules will not become available until about a week prior to the conference.
