Room Block Information
Please read this important information about ALTA’s room block policy. All attendees are required to be registered for 49 Advantage Bootcamp before being given access to the group’s room block. This policy allows as many attendees as possible the option to stay at the host convention hotel at the group rate. A link to the ALTA room block will be included in your registration confirmation email. As a reminder, you can always go back into your ALTA account and have your receipt resent to you at any time.
ALTA Room Rate at the Red Rocks Casino Resort and Spa
$199.00 per night; a $42.00 resort fee plus state and local taxes

ALTA Room Rate at The Notary Hotel
$216.00 per night plus state and local taxes
Room Rate ends Friday, July 24, 2026
ALTA Room Rate at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta
$219.00 per night plus state and local taxes
Room Rate ends Thursday, July 23, 2026
**If you are not registered to attend 49 Advantage Bootcamp with Dr. Cindy McGovern but book a room within the block, ALTA reserves the right to move your room from the ALTA rate, to the current prevailing rate at the hotel.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled thirty (30) days prior to reservation arrival date will be subject to one night’s room and tax cancellation fee.
