Patrick T. Malone is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry, he started working with his family’s company in Wichita, Kansas. In Wichita, Patrick learned how to abstract, close, search transactions and write residential and commercial transactions. Patrick is a 3rd generation title person. Ask him how his father taught him how do his first closing. It is an experience many of us have found ourselves in within this industry.
Since 1999, he has worked for multiple national underwriters in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas. Patrick’s experience spans across multiple facets of the title insurance industry; including operations, title, closing, sales and marketing. Patrick has been an operations manager for local and national title companies in his career. Currently Patrick is the Central Region Business Development Manager for WFG National Title Insurance Company. He is a 2020, 2021 and 2022 Diamond Sales Award Winner for WFG National Title Insurance Company.
He has given presentations on real estate topics such as short sales, RESPA issues, Seller/Email fraud, abstracting, management, business development, customer service development, and economic growth and survey issues for the past 30 years to many state title Insurance associations, real estate groups and local community associations. Patrick was a subject matter expert at the 2017 ALTA Springboard conference. Recently Patrick spoke at the Minnesota Land Title Association Convention with his presentation “Reaching your goals in any market”.
He has published his first book, Breaking the Champion Code, published via Amazon in 2021. In 2022, Patrick has done many presentations on Breaking the Champion Code- Achieved your goals in life for many service industries and associations.
