Lindsay Hall Harrison is the Underwriting Manager and Senior Underwriting Counsel for First American’s National Commercial Services (NCS) office located in Miami, Florida. Lindsay serves as Vice-Chair of the Insurer’s Section on the Board of Directors for the Florida Land Title Association and as Co-Chair of ALTA’s PRIA Liaison committee. Lindsay co-authored ALTA’s Real Property Record Committee’s Redaction Best Practices white paper and served as a representative on Florida Senate President Passidomo’s 2020 Redaction Task Force which was responsible for recommending clarifying rules subsequently enacted by the Florida legislature. Lindsay is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and is also an elected official, re-elected in 2023 to her second term as a member of the City Council in Maitland, Florida.
