For more than 30 years, Rich Griffin has been bringing value to his customers. Blending a unique perspective of Lending, Title Company Ownership, and Underwriting, he jokes that he will not sell something unless he has first been a customer of the product.

As the owner and founder of a national title company for ten years, Rich has an intimate understanding of what it takes to operate successfully during challenging times. Rich sold his Title Company in 2014 and for the past ten years has worked in the underwriter space, helping independently owned title agents.

Rich is a recognized national speaker and has presented at ALTA, October Research conferences, local Land Title Associations, Lender Expos, and Keynote presentations. He has taught and coached hundreds of Realtors, Loan Officers, and Title Professionals nationwide.

Rich is a graduate of Western Illinois University, holds an MBA from Arizona State University, and is pursuing his Ph.D. in organizational development from the University of Arizona. Rich also has completed coaching programs at Stanford and Duke Universities.
