Tim Padgett is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Market Edge Consulting LLC, a national advisory firm specializing in title operations, workflow optimization, and technology-driven production strategy. With more than 25 years of experience across title agencies, national underwriters, and prop-tech organizations, Tim has built and scaled high-performing, multi-state title operations for companies including Zillow, First American, DataTrace, Doma, and Altisource.

A licensed title producer in 25 states, Tim has led large U.S. and globally distributed teams while designing modern workflows, automation models, and production platforms that improve speed, quality, and cost at scale. He advises title agencies, underwriters, and technology providers on modernizing operations and developing future-ready production infrastructures.

Tim holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the College of William & Mary. He lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with his wife of 35 years, Stephanie, and enjoys traveling and following college football.
