Ms. Aubrey received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a History minor from Montclair State College. It was not that long afterwards that she found her home in the title insurance industry.

Ms. Aubrey has 33 years’ experience in our industry, starting with several New Jersey and New York title agencies where she held positions ranging from settlement clerk and post-closing coordinator to Vice President of Operations. Lisa then moved to the Underwriter side of the industry where she served in various roles from Director of Agency Training, NJ/PA State Manager for a regional UW, then serving as NJ State Agency Manager for a leading underwriter and currently serves as Director of Education and Agency Development for Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Ms. Aubrey is also an active member of the New Jersey Land Title Association (NJLTA), where she recently served as President for the 2015-2016 term. She has been the chairperson of the NJLTA Convention committee, as well as the Technology committee and the Finance committee. She has also served on the Planning committee and the Liaison committee with NJ Department of Banking and Insurance, and is currently the Editor in Chief of the NJ trade magazine, Advocate. Ms. Aubrey has also extended her time and talents to the American Land Title Association, where she serves on the Education, Talent committees and the Research and Analytics work group; and is a frequent lecturer at title related education programs. Ms. Aubrey holds a Certified Title Professional (CTP) designation in NJ, and was the recipient of the 2025 NJLTA Distinguished Service Award.
