Alex Brown is an attorney with a deep background in litigation and real estate transactions who brings a unique blend of legal, operational, and technology expertise to the title insurance industry. At Qualia, Alex leads the Strategic Onboarding and Professional Services teams, as well as the Document and API Project Management SMEs. His team partners with title companies of all sizes and structures across the U.S. to drive operational efficiency, guide strategic expansion, and implement scalable technology solutions.

Prior to joining Qualia, Alex managed Mortgage Connect’s Private Wealth Division, providing high-touch national title and escrow services for high net-worth borrowers. He also played a foundational role in launching Opendoor’s national title joint ventures, growing the title operation from a single-market pilot in 2017 to a multi-state, high-volume platform that closed nearly 15,000 purchase transactions totaling approximately $7.2 billion by 2020.
