All cancellations or refund requests must be received in writing and sent to [email protected] on or by May 23, 2025, by 4:59 pm ET. All refund requests are subject to a US $100.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after 5:00 pm ET May 23, 2025, nor will they be issued for no-shows. Substitutions will be permitted in the event a registrant cannot attend. All cancellations or substitutions must be made via email, voicemail messages will not be accepted. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the completion of the event on June 3, 2025.

**The Flash Sale Special Registration rate is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other ALTA event; however, substitutions will be allowed.
