ALTA’s room block at The Meritage Resort and Spa closes on June 25, 2025. After this time, we cannot guarantee you a room at the hotel. In the case that the ALTA room block is sold out prior to the room block end date ALTA will work with the hotel and attendees to either add more rooms to the block or negotiate the best available rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel, please contact the Casa Marina directly. In order to avoid paying a cancellation fee, you will need to cancel your stay at least seven (7) days in advance.
