ALTA’s room block at The Umstead Hotel & Spa closes on June 26, 2026. After this time, we cannot guarantee you a room at the hotel. In the case that the ALTA room block is sold out prior to the room block end date ALTA will work with the hotel and attendees to either add more rooms to the block or negotiate the best available rate.
