ALTA’s room block at The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage closes on December 26, 2025. After this time, we cannot guarantee you a room at the hotel. In the case that the ALTA room block is sold out prior to the room block end date ALTA will work with the hotel and attendees to either add more rooms to the block or negotiate the best available rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage is 7 miles away from the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).
Ground Transportation:
Rental cars are available at the Palm Springs airport. Ride share apps and taxis are available at the Palm Springs airport and throughout the Palm Springs area.
Parking at The Meritage
Overnight Parking – Valet parking is $50 per vehicle, per day. Self-parking is not available.
