ALTA’s room block at The Meritage Resort and Spa closes on June 25, 2025. After this time, we cannot guarantee you a room at the hotel. In the case that the ALTA room block is sold out prior to the room block end date ALTA will work with the hotel and attendees to either add more rooms to the block or negotiate the best available rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel, please contact the Meritage directly. In order to avoid paying a cancellation fee, you will need to cancel your stay at least seven (7) days in advance.

Airport Information
Meritage Resort is 60 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport, 55 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 47 miles away from the Oakland Airport, 40 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport, and 4 miles away from the Napa County Airport.
Ground Transportation:
Rental cars are available at all airports. Ride share apps and taxis are available at each airport. Please note that ride shares or taxis may be difficult for return to airport, but can be scheduled in advance.
Parking at The Meritage
Overnight Parking – Parking is $20 per vehicle, per day. Self-parking is $10 per vehicle, per day.
