Candi recently rejoined Fidelity National Financial as underwriting counsel and to assist with internal and external education. Candi attended Northwest Missouri State University and graduated with a degree in Public Administration in 2004. She graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2007. Immediately following graduation she spent two years in private practice in Des Moines for a law firm dealing primarily in electronic discovery for hospitals throughout Iowa and Georgia. Candi is a member of the Iowa Bar. She handled title claims for 4.5 years before moving into underwriting in 2013. She now assists agents throughout the Midwest with their underwriting and provides additional resources to best serve their clients and staff. Candi was the 2013-2014 co-recipient of the Young Title Person of the Year Award presented by the Missouri Land Title Association, the 2016 recipient of the Young Title Person of the Year Award presented by the Kansas Land Title Association and the 2018 Missouri Land Title Association Title Person of the Year, honoring her contributions to the title industry. Candi has also received the American Land Title Association National Title Professional designation as well as the Missouri Title Professional and Kansas Title Professional designations. She is a committee member of multiple local and national committees and currently sits on the Missouri Land Title Association board. Candi has her law license in the State of Iowa.
