Carolyn Monroe serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, in addition to her role as Senior Vice President of Old Republic International Corporation (ORI), the parent company. Bringing more than four decades of progressive experience in the title insurance industry, Carolyn has demonstrated exceptional leadership across both direct and agency operations. Her tenure at Old Republic Title, which began in 2009, includes pivotal roles such as Senior Vice President, Southwest Region Direct Operations Manager, and President of the Western Title Division. She was appointed President of Old Republic Title in January 2019 and elevated to Chief Executive Officer in January 2023. Prior to joining Old Republic, Carolyn held a Senior Vice President position at another national title insurance company and previously served as President of New Mexico's largest independent title agent, where she launched her distinguished career. Carolyn is recognized for her strategic vision, operational expertise and industry knowledge, establishing her as a respected leader in the title insurance sector. Her appointment as CEO underscores her significant contributions and influence within an industry she has helped shape for over 40 years.
