Chris Hultzman is VP, Underwriting Counsel with First American’s corporate underwriting department in Santa Ana, California. Chris works extensively on First American’s underwriting strategy for eClosings and remote online notarizations. He also leads the day-to-day operations of the company’s global reinsurance program.

Chris began his career with First American in 2014 as Underwriting Counsel for First American Title’s National Commercial Services division in New York, where he underwrote complex commercial transactions throughout the United States. Prior to joining First American, Chris was in private practice in New York representing financial institutions in various litigation matters.
