Dione is a National Commercial Underwriting Counsel for the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Chicago, Illinois, where she underwrites multi-state, multi-site portfolio transactions, as well as complex single-asset transactions throughout the United States. In this role she negotiates title policy and endorsement coverages for commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, refinancing and construction financing.

With more than 20 years of title insurance industry experience, Dione has developed deep expertise in several market segments in the process of guiding the real estate departments of Fortune 500 companies through restaurant franchise, multi-unit housing, healthcare, and shopping centers transactions. She has been awarded both the National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association and the Ohio Land Title Professional (OLTP) designation from the Ohio Land Title Association. Dione is the 2023 recipient of the Jesse L. Chapman award from the Ohio Land Title Association in recognition of her significant service and vision to the organization. Dione is a transactional leader who advocates teamwork, positivity, and creating frameworks for solutions.

A licensed title agent in the state of Ohio, Dione is also a past president and member of the Ohio Land Title Association and serves on several committees for the American Land Title Association. Dione commits her spare time to serving on the boards of nonprofit organizations and as the percussionist and sound engineer for her band, which performs at nursing homes and non-profit organizations in the Columbus area.
