Frank Carado brings more than 30 years of lending expertise to his role at Capital Bank. He began his career with Beneficial Finance, where he spent 11 years and ultimately served as Sales Manager for the Eastern Region, supporting 90 offices with their outside sales strategies.
Following his time there, Frank became a partner at Guaranteed Mortgage Company, helping drive the organization to consistently produce more than $80 million in annual mortgage volume. He later joined Tidewater Mortgage Services as a Business Development Manager, where he spent eight years leading recruiting efforts and overseeing all outside sales initiatives.
Throughout his career, Frank has developed extensive knowledge across a wide range of mortgage products and services. He is known for his commitment to exceptional client service—making himself available seven days a week—and for his passion for helping individuals and families achieve their goal of homeownership.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Elizabethtown College. He and his family live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
