Howard Turk is the Founder and Managing Director of Turk & Co.; a national M&A and capital advisory firm focused on the title and settlement services industry. The firm advises title agencies and underwriters on mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, margin improvement, and strategic growth, and serves as the lead advisor driving transactions from initial positioning through closing. Turk & Co. has advised on more title agency transactions than any other investment bank.

With more than thirty years of experience across domestic and international markets, Howard has operated at every level of the industry. He has built and led a national title agency, owned a high-volume real estate law firm, and held senior executive roles with First American Title across Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, including serving as Head Underwriter for the National Lenders Advantage division and leading international product development initiatives.
