Jeff Gross serves as President, Central Region of Compass Integrated Services (CIS), which is a division of Compass, Inc., a global real estate services company with a presence in every major U.S. city and approximately 120 countries and territories. Jeff oversees multiple title and escrow brands from the upper Midwest to Texas.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning residential and commercial title, underwriting, sales, and marketing, Jeff drives strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding residential operations and accelerating the continued growth of commercial services across the brands.

Known for building high-performing teams and cultivating enduring client and industry relationships, Jeff has earned a reputation as a forward-thinking executive who delivers innovative, client-centered solutions at scale. His deep title industry expertise and operational experience have established him as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex transactions while building sustainable business growth and team success.

Prior to joining Compass Integrated Services, Jeff served as President of Proper Title, and previously as Vice President and Great Lakes Manager for Fidelity National Title's National Commercial Services division, where he oversaw commercial operations, strategic partnerships, and joint venture initiatives across multiple states.

Jeff holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a J.D. from Drake University Law School, and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Iowa.
