John has 20 years of experience in the title industry and over 25 years in leadership roles in the financial services and technology industry. Along with co-founder Mike Patterson, he is the driving force behind the creation of Settlor, a leading national title production system provider which emphasizes a vendor agnostic approach to other title technologies as well as a development process built and improved by the feedback of clients.

John believes strongly in the power of collaboration and partnership in in all areas of life. A proud resident of Denver, he is an active supporter of a number of non-profit community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Denver Rescue Mission.
