Kristin also brings deep expertise in the title insurance industry, having held senior leadership roles with national underwriters. Her experience includes managing agency services, overseeing national agency operations, directing legal operations, and leading end-user facing teams and enterprise technology portfolios and governance. She has a proven track record of aligning business operations, driving efficiency, and supporting agents across multiple lines of business.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence and a Master of Arts in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore. Originally from Detroit, she has been active in industry associations and advocacy initiatives and now resides in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, with her son and two pugs.
