Sean Hanley is an in-house attorney at Qualia focused primarily on product and regulatory law, including marketing/advertising, banking & payments, and data protection (privacy/security). With a background at B2C and B2B companies, Sean’s roles have included director of compliance at a large social games company, in-house counsel at an electronic signature company, and associate general counsel at an ecommerce platform and marketplace. At Qualia, Sean serves as Deputy General Counsel, advising the product team and handling various regulatory matters as well as data protection, disputes and litigation.
