Lindee Deshler is underwriting counsel with Old Republic Title. She joined the title industry in 2012, handling title insurance claims. While at the claims center, she acted as senior claims counsel, as well as managing counsel for a ten-state region. In 2018, she began underwriting in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Lindee attended Truman State University and obtained her law degree and History Master’s from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Her Master’s thesis, “Smoke and Mirrors: A History of NAGPRA and the Evolving U.S. View of the American Indian”, focuses on Native American artifact acquisition and repatriation. Lindee is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Nebraska and has her title professional designation in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Lindee has taught accredited CE and CLE classroom and online courses for over 10- years. She has also been invited to teach at ALTA One.
