Vice President of Operations at First International Title, Lisa Walt began her career in 1992 with underwriters American Title, Meridian Title, and Fidelity National Title. In 1998, she founded her own reconciliation company before helping start First International Title in 2009. Lisa was key in the development of Integrated Settlement Technologies, a proprietary software with enhanced security that reduces fraud and improves the workflow of the escrow team. Lisa currently manages 30 locations, overseeing Compliance, Banking, and Escrow Reconciliations. She has also managed data calls for Florida, New York, and Texas, ensuring the logistics and flow of operations in every major market. Lisa is a licensed title agent with both agency and underwriter expertise, providing her a deep understanding of industry challenges. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and has recently discovered a passion for cruising.
