Matt has been involved in the title and escrow services industry for over twenty six years. He has been part owner of Continental Title Company in Kansas and Missouri for 21 years. He is now VP Risk Management & Compliance for Shaddock National Holdings, which owns title companies in multiple states across the country. He is an active member of the Kansas Land Title Association. He is the Immediate Past President and is on the Education Committee of the Missouri Land Title Association. Matt is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Kansas Title Professional and a Missouri Title Professional.

Matt is a frequent speaker on Escrow Wire Fraud Prevention at various association meetings and conventions around the country. He also frequently teaches to real estate agents and mortgage professionals throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Matt and his wife of 31 years reside in Olathe, KS, where they raised two children and now enjoy traveling and working on their farmland in rural Johnson County.
