Matt Teliak is the Director of Production Operations for the Northwest Title Family of Companies. In addition to his 24 years in the title business, he has presented to a variety of real estate and legal professional organizations over the years. He was the 2024 President of the Central Ohio Land Title Association (COLTA) and it currently the Chairman for the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA) Publications Committee. Matt also wants to proudly proclaim to all – he is most definitely NOT an attorney.
