Michael Behrens is Managing Counsel for the Mid-South/NY/NJ Region and has been practicing law for 23 years. Michael worked in private practice in New Jersey for the first nine years of his career, focusing on real estate law, municipal land use, commercial and insurance litigation, religious liberty litigation, and county government law. His last fourteen years have been spent working for Fidelity National Title Group as a Claims Attorney, Clearance Manager, and Managing Counsel for various regions of the United States. He is a graduate of New York Law School and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Texas, Nebraska, the United States District Courts of New Jersey and Nebraska, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and is authorized to practice law in Florida as In-house counsel.
