A founding principal of The Gilroy Firm LLC, Ms. Gilroy is the firm’s managing partner and has over 31 years of experience as a Trial Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Title Litigation. The focus of her national litigation practice includes all aspects of real estate litigation, including title insurance defense, foreclosure and title disputes, and civil and commercial contract disputes. Ms. Gilroy is a past Chair of the Real Property Law Section (“RPLS”) of the State Bar of Georgia, which is the largest section of the state bar with over 3000 members. She has served for years on the ALTA Education Committee, and as a member of the Title Counsel working group. For the last three years she has been honored to serve as the Chair of the Title Action Network (TAN) and as the Georgia TIPAC Trustee. Since 2017, Ms. Gilroy was named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Georgia. A regular speaker on the national Land Title Association Circuit, along with educating industry members on Fair Housing, Title Claims, and Fraud, Ms. Gilroy comes from a long time of educators and loves to share her knowledge with others.
