Nancy Landmark is Deputy Chief Underwriting Counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company’s National Commercial Services. Nancy began her legal career in private practice. After leaving private practice, she worked for both title agents and title insurers underwriting transactions. She exercises judgement and creativity to craft unique solutions for her customers. Nancy is widely recognized for her knowledge and understanding of real estate law generally, and more specifically with respect to title insurance. She is a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars in these areas.

Nancy has been active with the Minnesota Land Title Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, where she serves as a member of the Real Property Section Council, a member of the Title Standards Committee, and a member of the Real Property Section’s Legislative Committee; and the American Land Title association, where she has served on numerous committees, including chairing the Education Committee. She has been an NTP since the inaugural year of the program and is a Minnesota State Bar Association Certified Real Property Specialist. Nancy is also a member of ICSC and is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
