Toni Carroll serves as an advocate for the digitization of the real estate industry and wants to help grow the adoption of digital closings in the title industry. She was recruited into the title world 37 years ago and continues to support the industry by participating in several committees for the American Land Title Association. Most recently she served as an Executive Client Executive at Notarize and previously as the VP of Sales with a title production company. She also has experience working as a National Settlement Account Manager with an e-recording company and helped promote, develop, and enhance their products, services, and title and closing software integrations. Toni also held roles as agency representative with a large national underwriter and worked in software sales helping companies implement processes and procedures to streamline their workflow with a national software provider. In July 2018, Toni was recognized on Mortgage Professional America’s (MPA) 2018 Elite Women in Mortgage list, which honors women who have overcome obstacles and broken barriers to become some of the industry’s top professionals. She was also named one of HousingWire’s 2018 Women of Influence. Toni lives in Waxhaw, North Carolina, working from home when she is not on the road traveling to industry conferences. She also enjoys event planning and is grateful to be surrounded by an amazing real estate community.
