Nate Baker is the founder and CEO of Qualia, overseeing strategic vision for the company and executing the mission to provide a seamless real estate closing process for all transaction participants. Since founding the company in 2015, Nate and his team have raised more than $40 million in funding and have expanded Qualia's platform and services to all 50 states. On track to become the real estate industry's default closing transaction platform, five percent of the U.S. real estate market is exchanged through Qualia today.

Prior to Qualia, Nate was an investor at venture capital firm Formation 8, with a focus on smart enterprise and energy technology companies. In 2013, while still attending the University of Pennsylvania, Nate founded Nebu, a machine learning and data analytics company where he was CEO until 2015. At Nebu, Nate worked with Ashton Kutcher's non-profit, Thorn, on a project to assist in the reduction of child trafficking through cleaning web advertisements.

Nate graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science, Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and has received numerous accolades for his talents and contributions. In 2018, Nate was named to Inc Magazine's prestigious 30 Under 30 Rising Stars list.
