Scott Malm is a real estate dispute resolutionist. He primarily represents title insurance companies and their insureds, escrow agents, lenders, developers, brokers, contractors, and similar clients in real estate disputes. He has been involved in over 20 published decisions at the state and federal level shaping Arizona real estate law.

Scott is recognized in Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers in America® and Southwest Super Lawyers® and is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a frequent speaker on title and escrow topics, including seminars for the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, the Land Title Association of Arizona, and the Arizona State Escrow Association.

Scott is a native of Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in business and law. He also earned his MBA from the Cardiff Business School, University of Wales, as a Rotary International Scholar.

His community service includes handling mediations as a Judge Pro Tem for Maricopa County Superior Courts and coaching youth sports.
